images (2)Being positive is a real challenge for many people, in the modern world our daily life is often referred to as “the rat race that is life”. Many students struggle with higher stress and depression that has ever been seen before.

However the brain is a powerful thing, we can always be positive in our circumstances and there are other ways to lead a positive happy life. I wouldn’t call them secrets but I would be happy to share them with you.

The first and probably the most important is your mentality. Never ever let yourself be put down by something when you can avoid it. Think positive your mentality and how you view things can affect your entire life.

You are the only person who can decide to be put down, no one and nothing can do that to you.  Apart from making your own life more positive, your new positive attitude can help others. Be a gift to other people in everything you do. Maybe help some people out, let them know you care about them or maybe even volunteer somewhere and truly help make someone else’s life much better.

Besides the fact you are helping someone else this is also proven to help people feel better in their workplace and in everything they do.  How can you not feel more positive in your life, when you are making someone else’s better?

images (5) The first to forgive is always the happiest. This means that you are very likely to be happy if you don’t hold grudges to people. No-one can be happy when they are plagued by negative emotions and feelings.  Banishing these will help you live a happier life. This isn’t the only way to feel good. The key is to let your pain fade and remind yourself daily of all the good things in your life and all the things that you are happy about. This makes you feel like you are accomplishing things in your life making you happy.

Something that will help many people in their lives is to lead an active, healthy lifestyle. Being positive is more than just being happy emotionally; being physically happy helps people to be more positive in their entire lives.

Being fit raises self-esteem and makes people feel good about themselves as well as reducing stress.  While eating healthy makes your body feel healthier and reduces stress due to illness.


Everyone should try to lead a healthy happy life, this really is one of the most important and often challenging objectives of anyone’s life but I believe that you can do it.
